Anluryn the Slave-MasterA slave caravan out of Keczolla in Amn, north bound for the Uldoon Trail via a pass between Snakewood and the Cloud Peaks, had it's cargo freed by a group of elf rangers. After escaping, Anluryn, the Drow elf female Slave-master, with her body guards Aphyon (Death) and Venoch (Murder), human males from Amn, were last known to be heading north of Greenest with the aid of the Dragon Cult. A letter discovered in the caravan remains read; "Sister, the mines will be in our possession very soon. You must travel north, as soon as you are able of course. My slaver contact in Neverwinter has been discovered. We need your slaves if we are to reap our rewards. Meet the blue half blood at the rendezvous near the Uldoon trail. The dragon worshippers will show you safe passage north to Phandelver. Looth dumo lu'plynn dos." (Signed The Black Spider).

The RedsEscobert the Red, a dwarf and castellan of Greenest Keep employed heroes to aid his nephew Oskar the Red to save Kiri, his older sister, after being taken prisoner by Dragon Cultists during their attack on the village of Greenest.
For rescuing the heir to the throne of a southern dwarven fortress, the heroes were awarded stamped gold bars, from Escobert. These could be presented to the Rockseekers in Phandalin to purchase shares in the local re-opened mine. |
Leosin ErlantherLeosin Erlanthar was a monk from Berdusk and a member of the Harpers who researched the reformed Cult of the Dragon. Leosin noted the unusual actions of the Cult of the Dragon during the Tyranny of Dragons and decided to investigate the matter. In Greenest, he permitted the cultists to capture him in order to examine them more closely. He hired the MisAdventurers to follow a caravan of Dragon Cultists from Baldurs Gate to Waterdeep. Recently Leosin publically fired the group.

Frulam Mondath & the Dragon CultistsFrulam Mondath was a member of the reformed Cult of the Dragon holding the rank of Wearer of the Purple. She was the leader of the Cult army in the assault on Greenest, and Langdedrosa Cyanwrath usually followed her directives. At the Cult's camp near the city, Frulam deferred to the half-dragonRezmir, who was her superior. Frulam was killed with a group of her guards in the shrine to Tiamat.

Langdedrosa CyanwrathLangdedrosa Cyanwrath was a half–blue dragon member of the reformed Cult of the Dragon. Around 1489 DR,[5] Langdedrosa was one of the leaders in the assault on Greenest. During the battle, he challenged a dwarf named Som, to a duel, promising to spare the lives of Greenest's people in exchange.A few days later, he was at the Cult's camp near the city in the Greenfields. During an attack on the dragon hatchery, Cyanwrath was killed with a group of his guards in the shrine to Tiamat.

Galvan Blue Dragon WyrmspeakerA Dragon Cultist who always wears a mask, which alters his voice. He tortured the half-elf Itif when he was taken prisoner after being discovered during a ceremony in the shrine to Tiamat.
Glavan departed the camp at the behest of the half-dragon Rezmir flying away with Lennithon the adult blue dragon who partook in the attack on Greenest. |
Vasbin Farzand"Well meet travellers, my name is, um... Vasbin Farzand, yes that's right. I'm a travelling merchant of wondrous and curious, erm, umm...things and stuff. Would you like to see what I have for purchase, er for sale, yes? "
Vasbin, often infrequently on the road, possibly an agent for good, or a mad man. No one really knows, may be even Vasbin doesn't know. Rumours have him coming from another plane, or world, or universe. Some say he is another personality in disguise, Elminster or perhaps an old Blackcloak retuned? Who can say... |
Umbra PerivaleThe last known surviving member of the adventuring company, Suspicious minds, the wizard Umbra is a member of the Watchful Order of Magists and Protectors. Known to work with the Harpers, she is not one of them, and has her own agenda when aiding them. A shareholder in Wave Echo Cave, Umbra visits Phandalin regularly, from her Waterdeep base, to keep close tabs on her business interests.
Recently Umbra enlisted the aid of a group of adventurers in a plan to double-cross Acquisitions Inc from securing an artefact that they might use in 'acquiring' Wave Echo Cave. |
Halastar BlackcloakHalastar Blackcloak was a very old and insane wizard who resided within his lair: Undermountain.
While in Undermountain, Halaster seems constantly distracted, always chuckling and muttering to himself over people and happenings only he can discern. He also has difficulty holding the thread of any conversation. Blackcloak's interests include collecting new monsters and magic, but after thousands of years, nothing is really new to him. Whilst waiting for such delights, he amuses himself by manipulating events and politics to suit his whims. |
Vajra Safahr - The BlackstaffVajra Safahr is the seventh Blackstaff of Waterdeep, a title she ascended to in 1479 DR when her mentor and lover, Samark Dhanzscul, was killed.
The Blackstaff was persuaded by Umbra to decode the ioun stone, containing the histories of the Melairkyn clan, discovering the true nature of the Star Port. Concerned that the fortress being used as a staging point of an invasion, Vajra enlists Umbra to find a way to access the fortress. |
Bambra Gallagher and TulahkA cheerful female gnome fixer dressed in riot of colours, Bambra will smile while sticking her dagger in your back. Once an intern for Acquisitions Inc she was recently fired for losing an airship.
Currently she couriers information out of Neverwinter for Halia Thornton, with Tulahk, the skull of a reanimated wizard and one time Instructor for Acquisitions Inc, never too far from her side. |
Gundren RockseekerGundren Rockseeker is a dwarven business man, who knows iron and stone. His business interests are many, but recently involve an unknown source of potential revenue near Phandalin. Working with his brothers Tharden and Nundro, and a veteran warrior named Sildar Hallwinter, Gundren decided to recruit help from Neverwinter.
Seven months later, Wave Echo Cave is now own and operated by Gundren, his surviving brother, Nundro and several extended family members. A small group of other interested parties are invested in the mine as shareholders, however the business operation is run by the Rockseeker Trust Inc. |
Shaggy Sadie TwigmuttererA hag in the Coven of the Green Oracle. Made a deal with the party to secure them safe passage through the mountain pass to reach the Lost Laboratory of Kwalish. Tasked the party to return with a statue of an angle in possession of Thavious Kreeg. Took the young girl Bella, stating she was her lost sister, Batty Christine Deadwattle. Opened a gate for the party to travel to Caer Bryn.

Rey WelkinamblerA cloaked figure approached, armor clanking with each step. One gloved hand resting on the hilt of a longsword. The other pulls back a cowl to reveal the face of a teenager with brown skin, red hair, and a haunting gaze. Rey is only 16 years old but can fight like a champion. She also acts like she knows everything.

Thazar-DeA tanned skinned human woman sporting tattoos and a bald head, as do all of those of noble birth from the Achaemenid Empire. With deep brown eyes she always wears at least one piece of golden jewellery at all times. Recently she 'bumped' into the party outside of Caer Bryn as it disappeared into the ground. Tarquin & Luna first met her as the mayor of the sky-port at the Temple of Flame, 80 years ago (when adventuring with Jack Heath). She has not aged a day since they met.

Sylvira SavakisSlyvira Salvakis, helped the party open the puzzle box. She promptly left Avernus when the city was dragged down to hell (a bounty on your head is a complicated matter), but gifted the party with a Map and a small piece of advice "Seek Fort Knucklebone, there you may find aid, as much as anyone can expect in this nightmarish place."

Harkina & the bratsHarkina and her two sons had been hiding from the invading devils, until their food run out. While searching the met a neighbour who told them it was safe at the Cathedral across the bridges in the western side of the city. Two bearded devils attempted to capture the family but were saved from possible slavery by Inn Trouble.

Grand Duke Ulder RavengardGrand Duke of Roakemouth city. As a commander Ravengard was a true warrior at heart, and always took quick and relentless action in battle. He had an unwavering commitment his duty to uphold the law, often evaluating others in terms of how they gave and obeyed orders. He also had a great sense of duty to his city and wanted to restore Roakemouth's sense of pride.
